I am always down for a sweet breakfast if I can help it. I made this super easy French toast and hope you love it! I made this one for myself, so you may need to double the recipe if you plan on sharing!

  • 2 Slices of whole wheat bread

  • One egg

  • 1/4 cup of milk

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar

  • One large Apple

  • Butter to cook

Beat egg and milk in a bowl. On a separate place, mix sugars and cinnamon until well blended. Dip slices of bread into egg and milk mix and then cover with sugars on the plate. Add to a skillet or pan where butter has been melting and cook for 1 minute on each side or until browned.

Apples: Peel the apple and slice it. Cook in a skillet with butter and a dash of cinnamon.

Add apples to cooked French toast and drown in syrup. Sprinkle with Super Seed and Ancient Grain blend and FEAST.
