Veggie Quiche

I love a quick and delicious breakfast that is sure to wow yourself or any guest you have over.


  • 6 eggs

  • mushrooms

  • tomatoes

  • spinach

  • vegan mozzarella

  • salt

  • pepper

  • cayenne pepper

  • garlic salt

Chop up vegetables and add them to 6 eggs beaten. Include seasoning and a tablespoon of water for fluffiness. Add to a standard pie pan and bake on 350 for around 40 minutes or until the center is firm. Serve it up hot with a side of toast and FEAST.
