Sriracha Chicken Veggie Bowl
I love a sweet and spicy type of sauce and this bowl did not disappoint!
Here is what you need:
3-4 Chicken thighs
Start your rice according to the package. Add chicken thighs, and all seasonings to a bowl. Add a some sriracha- not too much unless you want your mouth on fire! Add 2 tablespoons or more of soy sauce and about a tablespoon of honey. Make sure chicken is evenly coated and then toss in a pan with some olive oil and cook chicken until done. Season sweet potatoes and broccoli with salt, pepper, and garlic salt and saute in olive oil until cooked. Fry up an egg and add some s&p to that thang and then throw it all in a bowl and FEAST.
