SUMMER READING LIST

Hey friend!

If you have been hanging around here for a while then you know I love to read all types of books. I have a few I think you should add to your reading this list summer and a few that I will be adding to mine! I have linked them all to my amazon affiliate account and there are tons more options there as well! Happy book shopping!

DANCE STAND RUN by Jess Connolly

Dance Stand Run was so much more than I expected. I thought, to be honest, it would be all about living free and letting loose as a Christian woman. To some extent, it is. But not in the way or for the reasons I anticipated. Jess Connolly absolutely NAILS it with this as she accurately and clearly explains where grace and holiness collide. It is a beautiful book that I believe our culture NEEDS. RUN AN GET THIS ONE . ASAP.

Unsave the Date is a great read by Kim McQuitty. She gives practical and spiritual advice for women who are single, dating, or engaged. It is a short read but Kim gets right to it!! She provides insight into the realities of marriage and what we can do beforehand to adequately prepare. I have recommended this book to all my friends. Grab it asap.

Who Is This Man? by John Ortberg

Who Is This Man? is quite a read. John Ortberg perfectly meshes the spiritual, historical, psychological, and scientific aspects of Jesus Christ in a way that I have yet to see done. This book is perfect for the one who needs a soul touch and the one who needs to grasp Jesus intellectually. I learned so much about Jesus, his life, and the way he has impacted culture since the day of his birth. Maybe you have never heard of Jesus or maybe you know him personally, I think this one is good for any and everyone. GRAB It.

Next Up on my summer list:

The Gift of Imperfection by Brene Brown

White Teeth by Zadie Smith
